Hans Fleurimont | Founder & Lead Instructor of TAOLU Academy
Hans Fleurimont is a man of God, husband, father, combat veteran and a thought leader in his area of expertise. He is the Founder & President of The Galerie Media Inc. and the creator of TAOLU academy.
Hans is the author of “A Little Idea: The Art of Leveling Up,” “TAOLU: Leveling Up Through Self-Discovery (Level One),” “Iron Sharpens Iron: How To Sharpen Your Mind into A Sword,” and the developer of “The Skill Journal.” He is also known for his talent as a design leader, teacher, multimedia designer, graphic artist, business coach and instructional designer. Hans loves to share his wisdom, knowledge and skills with students worldwide. He was also a certified SCORE business mentor.
His teachings and writings focuses mainly on leadership, management, personal growth, self-discovery, skill-development, business, financial literacy and design principles.
Mario J. Gangemi, P.E. | Engineer, Coach, Success Consultant
After a successful and fulfilling career in the Engineering and Construction industry as well as over 20 years of coaching various youth and high school sports Mario J. Gangemi, P.E. has embarked on a leadership and team coaching venture utilizing the life lessons and successes from both his career and coaching to help others utilize a true positive leadership and team culture.
Mr. Gangemi spent most of his professional career as a geotechnical engineer in both technical and leadership roles, managing large, successful and profitable groups. He was recognized for his contributions and served on many technical and business committees and boards. He has also served on a Governor appointed State level Board.
During his professional engineering career he has coached his charges, not only on the technical aspects of their roles, but also to lead and team in a positive and productive manner. His focus on “the root” (training, mentoring, etc.) helped to nurture and create “fruit,” (employee retention, production, quality, profit, etc.).
